Bud and Sara have lived in Kansas for most of their lives. They have been in sales for a combined 75 years (in real estate 15 years with J P Weigand and Keller Williams Realty). When they are not working or volunteering for numerous organizations, they enjoy their five children - Staci, Niki, Jason, Travis, Ryan and 14 grandchildren, playing with their Cockapoo puppy, Zach and eating out with friends. Tricia was born in beautiful Sunnyside, Washington and raised in Elkhart, Kansas where she developed a love for gardening, swimming, cooking and dancing. Denie was born in Hutchinson, Kansas and raised in various cities in central and eastern Kansas. She formerly was a legal assistant and lab technician. She enjoys cross-stitching and helping her clients find their dream home. Denie and her husband love restoring their 1920's home in College Hill. They love the historical district where families are a close-knit community that has shopping, parks, recreation and restaurants within walking distance. They have four children and four grandchildren who she loves to bake with. Cheryl has been active in the real estate industry for over 12 years in many support roles: agent, transaction coordinator and licensed administrative assistant.
